We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and special projects.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and provide proactive solutions to challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
