Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Director. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning and analysis, prepare and manage financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. They will lead and collaborate with finance teams to maintain fiscal health, compliance, and achieve organizational goals. The role also involves delivering insights and strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in preparing and managing accurate and detailed Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or relevant financial certification is preferred
