Position Overview
The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through residential door-to-door outreach, performing roof inspections, and presenting project proposals to homeowners.
This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable interacting with homeowners, and interested in performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
• Knock residential doors to offer free roof inspections
• Perform roof inspections and document findings with photos
• Identify potential roofing damage or replacement needs
• Create project proposals using company software (Roofr)
• Present solutions and close sales with homeowners
• Submit signed contracts and project documentation
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process
• Track activity and results in company software systems
