Overview
We are seeking a results-driven VP of Sales to build and scale a high-performing sales organization. This role will own revenue growth, sales strategy, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Build, lead, and scale the sales team
- Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting
- Own revenue targets and performance metrics
- Develop key customer and enterprise relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on go-to-market strategy
- Optimize sales funnel and conversion rates
- Identify new market opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics
