Our client is seeking a Legal Analyst to join their team. As a Legal Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Centralized Leasing Team (CLT), supporting real estate leasing and related transactions for the Network Engineering and Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What's the Job?
- Review, analyze, and prepare time-sensitive legal documents related to network infrastructure deployment and operations.
- Manage and respond promptly to email communications and other correspondence.
- Assist in managing and updating the team's internal website, including documents, templates, and processes.
- Apply understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and practices to support contract negotiations and reviews.
- Support the team in ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality legal support for real estate transactions.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree with two or more years of relevant experience, or six or more years of experience in legal support, contract management, or real estate transactions.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing under tight deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive and autonomous work style.
