We’re seeking a detail‑driven, deadline‑oriented Director of Finance who can oversee centralized AP/AR, ensure clean and accurate P&Ls, and deliver timely, high‑quality reporting to ownership and senior leadership. What You’ll Lead
• Oversee centralized AP/AR functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple East Coast markets.
• Own the full P&L review cycle, validating accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all financials meet internal and ownership deadlines.
• Produce high‑quality financial reporting, including monthly statements, performance summaries, dashboards, and ownership packages.
• Partner with operations to reconcile performance drivers, validate results, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and on‑the‑ground activity.
• Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and documentation standards across all financial workflows.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
