Job Summary:&
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and highly motivated Marketing & Growth Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants hands-on experience across content creation, customer engagement, and growth marketing.

If you’re TikTok/YouTube native, love creating content, aren’t afraid of hard work, and want to learn how a business scales from the inside — this role is for you.
This position offers exposure to real-world marketing strategy, customer service, and content production while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Create and support short-form video content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.)
- Assist in building a “content factory” by helping produce consistent written and video marketing assets
- Support blog writing, email campaigns, social posts, and website content
- Research trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team
- Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives quickly
- Customer Engagement
- Help respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Support customer outreach and follow-up
- Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity
- Growth & Hustle Support
- Assist with lead generation and prospect outreach
- Help build pipelines of potential customers and partners
- Be comfortable hearing “no” and staying persistent
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, reliable, and willing to put in the work to learn and grow
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
- Creative and digitally fluent (especially TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- Strong written communication skills (journalism, communications, or marketing background a plus)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Persistent and resilient — you don’t give up easily
- Willing to grind when needed and get things done
- Curious, coachable, and eager to build real-world business experience
Preferred Background (Not Required):
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience creating social media content
- Strong writing samples or portfolio (school or personal projects welcome)
- Familiarity with basic content tools (Canva, Google Workspace, social platforms)
