As a Field Service Technician, you’ll showcase your skills by managing a full workload of customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance of office product equipment while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
The pay range for this role is $24.00-$31.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Service printers/copiers with minimal assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues and identify printer vs. network problems.
- Install scanning and equipment in peer-to-peer environments.
- Maintain inventory per company specifications.
- Ensure your car, tool kit, and supplies are organized and ready.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide sales support by advising on problems or potential leads.
- Maximize equipment uptime with timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage your time effectively and ensure a professional appearance.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Prior experience in maintaining and repairing printers and copiers is required (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, experience is preferred.)
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Excellent computer and analytical skills.
- A high school diploma
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and transport equipment is needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet driving requirements.
- A proactive mindset and ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
