Our client, a major pharmaceutical brand, is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager Content Author with hands-on experience building, updating, and maintaining digital experiences within a component-based environment. This role focuses on executing content updates within AEM with a strong emphasis on Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and modular content structures. - Develop and maintain pages using EDS (Edge Delivery Services), leveraging modular and block-based content architecture.
- Execute content updates based on business and design requirements, ensuring alignment with UX, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
- Structure content for clarity, scanability, and reuse across multiple pages and regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, design, development, and analytics to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Ensure consistency across global markets by adhering to established templates, governance standards, and brand guidelines.
- Upload, manage, and organize digital assets within a DAM system, ensuring proper tagging, version control, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end content issues including formatting, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in Agile workflows including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and content-related estimations.
- Perform QA on all content prior to publishing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper rendering across devices.
You Have:
- Hands-on experience authoring content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including templates, components, and content fragments.
- Experience working with EDS (Edge Delivery Services) or similar modular, component-based content systems.
- Strong understanding of structured content and how it translates across reusable components and templates.
- Experience building and publishing pages in a CMS environment, not just reviewing or managing content strategy.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and advanced authoring.
- Understanding of UX principles including content hierarchy, readability, and user journey considerations.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, QA, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
