Administrative Assistant – Operations & Accounting
Woman-owned property management and consulting company operating in the hospitality and multi-family space is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong accounting background. As the company expands into hospitality goods, amenities management, and online marketing, this role is central to keeping operations running smoothly. This position reports directly to the CEO and executive team. This position requires a highly independent professional who can make decisions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive inboxes and communications
- Source product pricing, manage bids, and process invoices
- Maintain and update CRM and shared file systems
- Support accounting functions via QuickBooks
- Assist with online marketing platform management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI
- Familiarity with online marketing platforms (social media, Google ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business structure and operations
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and strategic
- Proven ability to self-manage and prioritize independently
- Hospitality, multi-family, and/or commercial real estate background a plus
