Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

- Keep the office running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain organized files, records, and office supplies
- Assist team members with reports, documents, and basic data entry
- Support internal projects and help coordinate team activities when needed
