SaaS Sales Representative – Construction

The Opportunity
We are a fast-moving software distribution company specializing in high-ticket SaaS solutions for construction trades. Our platform bridges the gap between the field and the office—handling dispatch, inspections, reporting, and project tracking.
We are a small, agile team that moves fast. We are looking for a high-energy closer who understands the Fire Sprinkler and Fire Life Safety industry to help us scale.
Mandatory Requirement: Fire Sprinkler/Construction Industry Experience
Please Note: This role requires a candidate who speaks the language of the trade. You must have experience or deep familiarity with the Fire Sprinkler/Fire Life Safety/Construction industry to effectively communicate value to GCs and specialty contractors.

- The Ramp-Up: To support your transition, we provide a $250 weekly base salary for the first 3 months.
- The Closer Phase: After the initial 90-day ramp-up, the role transitions to 100% Commission.
- Unlimited Upside: Commission is unlimited for full-time team members. In high-ticket SaaS, your earning potential is strictly defined by your hustle.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Prospecting: Build targeted lead lists of Fire Sprinkler contractors and GCs.
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute cold calls and emails to find decision-makers (this is a core requirement).
- High-Ticket Demos: Run discovery calls and host product demos. You will be selling a premium, high-value solution.
- Closing & Follow-up: Manage the sales cycle from the first "Hello" through the pilot phase to the final close.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline stages so no high-value deal is lost.
Requirements
- Cold Calling Pro: You are resilient on the phone and know how to get past gatekeepers.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the Fire Sprinkler / Fire Life Safety sector.
- Sales Background: 2+ years in SaaS, SDR/BDR, or high-ticket trade sales.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and demonstrate software workflows confidently.
- Full-Time Commitment: Unlimited commission structures are reserved for our full-time dedicated hunters.
