About the Role
People Results is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the firm’s client-facing consulting work and internal marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with consultants across labor, organizational development, and workforce advisory practices to create polished, executive-ready materials. This position is fully remote and supports the entire firm.
Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of the Graphic Designer is to produce high-quality visual materials that elevate client presentations, reports, proposals, and firm-wide branding efforts.
This role ensures consistency, professionalism, and clarity across all deliverables while helping translate complex consulting content into clean, compelling visuals.
Work Environment
This role is 100% virtual and supports consulting teams nationwide, across all time zones. The Graphic Designer will work in a collaborative but deadline-driven environment, supporting both client deliverables and firm-wide initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Client Design Support
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
- Create professional reports, white papers, and collateral
- Develop charts, infographics, and visual summaries
- Ensure consistent client branding across all materials
Marketing & Brand Support
- Design marketing collateral and thought leadership materials
- Create digital graphics for website and social media
- Maintain and update firm templates and brand standards
Collaboration & Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines
- Partner with consultants to understand project goals
- Incorporate feedback promptly and professionally
- Maintain strong organization and version control

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of professional design experience
- Experience supporting multiple clients or stakeholders preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation and document layout work
Skills & Capabilities
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong layout and typography skills
