Overview
The LTC ACO Executive Assistant provides one on one support to the LTC ACO President, acting as a liaison with internal and external parties. This position handles confidential information with a high degree of discretion. A variety of assignments, some of considerable complexity, are involved requiring familiarity with the operating details of the organization and the ability to interpret and apply departmental procedures. This position handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office. This position requires the ability to operate pro-actively and independently to assure a high level of
administrative support for the LTC ACO President.
LTC ACO partners with primary care groups across the country to improve outcomes, enhance care coordination, and drive success in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. We help long-term care providers deliver high quality, patient-centered care while achieving measurable improvements in clinical, financial, and operational performance.
This is a full time (40 hours per week) remote position. The salary range is $55,000 - $75,000 per year. A minimum of three years of diversified secretarial experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Formulates and crafts original letters, memoranda, and other correspondence with little supervision. This
work often involves matters of a confidential and technical nature.
- Maintains the Presidents messages and mail; to include the screening, prioritizing and reference of the
messages to other individuals in the organization, where appropriate. May determine appropriate course
of action, referral, or response.
- Manages an extremely active calendar of appointments including the day-to-day scheduling process for
the President to assure that their time is handled efficiently. Makes arrangements for the President and/or
other personnel within designated area of responsibility, for travel, conferences, appointments, and
meetings.
- Assists in compiling and distributing all monthly reports, as needed.
- Manages the monthly Accounts Payable invoice process to ensure that all accruals are accurately
completed and invoices are submitted for payment in a timely manner.
- Manages all Corporate Authority requests within designated area of responsibility.
- Oversees the UKG and GenSERV approval process within designated area of responsibility, to ensure
that all approvals are given in a timely manner, in conjunction with Corporate policy.
- Manages and Organizes all aspects of meetings within designated area of responsibility, as needed
(Including board meetings, senior leadership team meetings, all hands meetings).
- Coordinates the preparation of presentations, as needed (Including board meetings, senior leadership
team meetings, all hands meetings).
- Performs other office related duties as requested by the Executive and/or senior management.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three years of diversified secretarial experience.
- Additional related experience is required for this position, including computer proficiency.

Posted Salary Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Hr.
