In this role, you will assist in managing various administrative tasks that involve data entry, organization, and analysis to ensure seamless operations within our real estate aspect. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases related to property co-ownership transactions.
- Assist in the organization and management of property management documents and records.
- Support financial data entry, tracking expenses, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
- Generate reports and insights from data to help guide decision-making within the team.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials for property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all data processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is desirable.
