- Lead Generation: Responsible for identifying and collecting leads from medium-to-large scale cabinetry distributors, wholesalers, and potential B2B clients across the U.S.
- Outreach: Independently contact potential clients to initiate preliminary discussions and gather business intelligence.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with management to drive client development, manage follow-ups, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Assist in organizing client profiles, market research, and tracking industry/channel trends.
- Field Work: Conduct short-term domestic travel within the U.S. for client visits, site walkthroughs, and market surveys as required by business needs.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (professional working proficiency for daily and business communication).
- Fundamental Knowledge: Basic understanding of finance and business law.
- Mobility: Skilled driver with a valid license; capable of independent travel for client visits.
- Travel Readiness: Willing and able to undertake short-term business travel across the United States.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong execution, and a high degree of accountability.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Business Assistant, or within the furniture/building materials industry is preferred.

- Direct experience in the cabinetry, furniture, or construction materials sectors.
- Familiarity with the U.S. market landscape and local business etiquette.
