Automotive Technician Wanted – Flat Rate Pay (Dealer Recon Work)
Integrity Auto Sales is looking for a reliable automotive technician to help with reconditioning used vehicles for resale.
Pay Plan (Flat Rate):
- $30 per flat-rate hour.
- $75 bonus per completed vehicle recon.
- Extra bonuses for major repairs (engine/transmission work).
Typical Work Includes:
- Brake jobs.
- Suspension repairs.
- Wheel bearings.
- Sensors and diagnostics.
- Minor engine repairs.
- Occasional engine or transmission replacement.
