We are currently hiring for a fast-paced, growing client in The Green Industry [Lawn, Tree Care, Plant Health Care, Snow Removal]
Job Description:
This role provides administrative support services, including but not limited to:
- Answer all phone calls during the client’s business hours
- Email management
- Capture lead contact information
- Schedule Estimate appointments
- Email and follow up on new estimates
- Schedule accepted work
- Invoicing
- Collect payment via phone
- Collection follow-up for overdue invoices
- Maintains current knowledge and skills relative to procedure changes, software, or workflow updates
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Web browsers (Google Chrome, etc.) Knowledgeable with computer skills including Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry, and sorting), Microsoft Word (creating and editing word documents), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar) and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Must be a team player and willing to take on special projects from time to time
Tech requirements
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Operating System- Windows 10 or later or Mac OS 10.15 or later {Chromebook, iPad & other tablet devices are not supported}
- Processor - 3 GHz Intel Pentium P4 processor or better.
- Memory - 8 GB of RAM or better.
- Internet- Wired internet connection connected to your DSL or Cable Modem (No Wi-Fi connectivity). Minimum Download Speed 50 Mbps & Minimum Upload Speed 10 Mbps
- Browser - Google Chrome (latest version) or Firefox (latest version) ***Microsoft Edge is not supported***
- Monitor - “Dual Monitors” are strongly encouraged (not required)
- Sound - Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones.
