About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Media Marketing Associate (Intern) to help drive awareness, growth, and engagement across digital channels. You’ll contribute to campaign strategy, content creation concepting, and strategic brand initiatives while working closely with the founding team to scale a high-potential early-stage brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaigns: Support the development and execution of campaigns across social, influencer, and paid media channels.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute to concepting, brand storytelling, and influencer marketing initiatives that reflect The Swift Club’s voice.
- Growth & Community: Assist with referral-driven growth efforts and community seeding strategies to expand presence in key markets.
- Trend Discovery: Track emerging trends across social platforms, digital strategy, and culture to provide insights that inform campaigns.
- PR & Partnerships: Help shape PR and gifting strategies by researching and identifying aligned micro-creators and influencers for partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
- Passion for Growth: Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, and influencer strategy
- Creative & Adaptive: Innovative, organized, and eager to test new creative concepts in a startup environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication
- Digital Strategy Interest: Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok/IG/Snap), digital strategy, and the micro-influencer/creator landscape.
- Student or New Grad: Current student or recent graduate passionate about marketing and brand building.
