Duties
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC requirements through site visits and consultations.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on technical schematics, HVAC design principles, and customer specifications.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, emphasizing energy efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.
- Install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure precise installation and repairs.
- Conduct system testing using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to verify proper operation.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields such as plumbing or refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, or property maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including ammonia refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design and installation.
- Field service experience working with various tools including ohmmeters and welding equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.

Pay: $27.04 - $32.56 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
