We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to drive occupancy and provide exceptional service to our residents in Grapevine, TX. This role is ideal for a sales-minded individual who enjoys administrative tasks and community engagement within the multifamily housing industry.
Job Type: 32 Hours Per Week
Responsibilities
- Lead apartment tours and convert prospective renters into residents through effective sales techniques
- Manage the full leasing life cycle including applications, background checks, and lease execution
- Provide high-quality customer service to current residents to improve retention and satisfaction
- Assist the Property Manager with administrative duties and daily office operations
- Process rental payments, security deposits, and late notices accurately
- Maintain property management software data and organized resident files
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures and conduct unit inspections
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach to generate new leads
Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily property management or residential leasing preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and basic office technology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to close sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a consistent 32-hour weekly schedule on-site
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of background screening and drug testing
