The Sanctuary has been a leader for 25+ years in natural plant food fertilizers and probiotic deliver systems for plant & soil health solutions for T&O market segments and expanding into the Agricultural row crop segment.
Position Overview
Retired Agricultural professionals (CCAs, former growers, teacher or ag product sales reps) looking for full or part-time work to stay active to build & maintain current or former customer relationships and generate supplemental income.
Responsibilities
• Sales of Innovative Natural & Biological Products supported by research and grower trials that deliver yield increases, enhanced crop health and improved fertilizer efficiencies.
• Market Sanctuary probiotic products into corn, soybean, cotton & peanut crops.
• Conduct sales calls within your local or former geographic territory
• Sales efforts will be supported by an introductory EOP Sale Program to support product sales growth
Compensation
• 100% straight commission based as high as 30% of gross sales
• No earning cap
• Flexible workload
Ideal Background
• Retired or semi-retired grower
• Ag Seed or Chemical Sales, County Agent, Ag Education or CCAs
• Knowledge of corn, soybean, wheat, or cotton best growing standards
• Strong communication skills
Work Environment
• Local or prior sales territory only – major focus is Corn/Soybean States
• Flexible, full or part-time schedule
