We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in graphic design and expertise in using industry-standard tools to deliver visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to create engaging visuals that align with project goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with branding standards.
• Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Create data visualizations and infographics to communicate complex information effectively.
• Develop iconography and microinteractions to enhance user experience.
• Maintain consistency across all visual assets while adhering to design guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and implement innovative ideas into projects.
• Optimize designs for both digital and print formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
• Revise designs based on feedback to meet client and team expectations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Experience in creating data visualizations and infographics.
• Ability to develop iconography and microinteractions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in visual elements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and interpret feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
