O.H. Partners is seeking a dynamic Senior Designer with an outstanding portfolio and a love of crafting beautiful, ground-breaking work. You will be responsible for the tone, appearance, and overall aesthetic of a client project. You’ll have the chance to create ads for clients in industries like gaming, healthcare, tourism, and more. In the creative department, our goal is to produce mind-blowing work that works.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- You will deliver and encourage stunning concepts and designs of the highest standard to meet client briefs and expectations.
- Generate design and strategic solutions that strengthen work deliverables, improve processes, and achieve client objectives.
- You will produce quality work within a given timeframe and budget.
- You must be able to effectively communicate a creative rationale.
- You must be confident and be able to make decisions independently.
- You will share knowledge and nurture awareness with colleagues.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Have an outstanding portfolio
- Skilled in all of the usual design applications (Adobe Suite, InVision, Sketch).
- Have flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, shifting deadlines, and fluid priorities.
- Share design knowledge and nurture awareness with colleagues.
- Have a relentless eye for detail.
- Be confident and able to make decisions independently.
Milestones & Performance Indicators:
- The Work: Take the lead as the key owner of larger-scale design projects, including meeting with integrated team members and seeing projects through from kickoff to completion.
- Thought Leadership: Lead minimum of one internal training session about a trend within the industry or a new technology/skill set.
- Professional Development: Actively seeks out expansion of skill set.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Communications Design and/or have the ability to demonstrate robust experience working in the field
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Professional graphic design experience: 7 years
- Advertising agency experience preferred
This role is offered in Phoenix, AZ in a hybrid setting or in Las Vegas, NV in a remote setting.
