We’re hiring a
Technical Support Specialist to become a subject matter expert on our SaaS platform, PCRecruiter. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients - troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and making sure they get the most out of the software.
This role has a real growth trajectory. You’ll start by mastering the platform and resolving support tickets, then advance into client training, deeper technical work, and potentially into senior or specialized roles. We invest in people who invest in learning.
What You’ll Do
- Become the Expert: Develop deep, hands-on knowledge of PCRecruiter so you can confidently guide clients through any challenge.
- Resolve Support Tickets: Handle 15–25 tickets daily across chat, email, and phone. Prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and close the loop.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose root causes, walk clients through solutions, and document fixes so the team can reference them later.
- Improve the Product: Triage bugs and relay customer feedback to our product team. Your frontline perspective directly shapes what we build next.
- Train Clients: As your expertise grows, lead training sessions - both one-on-one and group - to help clients unlock the full value of the platform.
What You’ll Need (Required)
- 1-3 years of technical support experience (SaaS environment strongly preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn complex software and explain it clearly to non-technical users
- Excellent written and verbal communication - patient, empathetic, and clear
- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to thrive in a fully remote role with minimal oversight
- A proactive mindset - you flag problems before they escalate and take ownership of outcomes
What Will Set You Apart (Preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms
- Comfort with browser developer tools, APIs, or basic SQL for troubleshooting
- Previous experience conducting client-facing training or webinars
