The Opportunity
This leader will:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board
• Oversee financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning
• Drive process improvements and reporting visibility
• Prepare the organization for scale, acquisition activity, or capital events
• Strengthen internal controls, systems, and financial infrastructure
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team

Ideal Profile
• 12+ years progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience at Controller, VP Finance, or Divisional CFO level
• Background in private equity–backed, high-growth, or mid-market environments preferred
• Strong operational finance and strategic planning capabilities
• Executive presence and board-level communication experience
