Working with us, you will:
- Work 32 hours a week remotely (Monday-Thursday) maintaining responsiveness via email and video chat to the Aegis Training Director.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle email and video chat communication.
- Only occasional in-person meetings and tasks in the greater Ann Arbor area.
- Offer support to the Aegis Training Team.
- Manage invoices and receivables.
- Typing, editing, and formatting documents, correspondence, reports, maintaining records and files; updating e-mail and phone lists; data entry, etc.
- Secure hotel space for regular held trainings and Aegis Training Team travel.
- Assist with maintaining training calendars.
- Maintain inventory of Aegis Trainer Manuals™ and Aegis Teaching Guides™.
- Assist Clients with retrieving Trainer Certificates.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication to support the Aegis Training Team and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, Google Applications.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and related responsibilities.
- Strong Phone/Email Etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with office software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
We'd Love to See:
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience managing receivables.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
