In this pivotal role, you will contribute to enhancing patient care by effectively managing scheduling for home infusion visits. You will work closely with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Accountabilities
- Work with Nurse Managers/Supervisors, field staff, and patients to schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches.
- Complete all nurse assignments for patients and reschedule visits based on patient availability.
- Coordinate nursing referrals while providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor communication through emails and other platforms, prioritizing follow-ups.
- Manage multiple Excel documents to track schedules and tasks.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding nursing and patient referrals.
- Investigate issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Initiate problem-solving approaches and multitask effectively.
- Ensure accurate data entry in relevant systems.
Requirements
- High School education or GED required.
- 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience.
- 3+ years of scheduling experience.
- High proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to work virtually.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
