Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Support internal events, meetings, and project coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
