We’re looking for a
Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager to own the strategy, execution, and revenue impact of field marketing and events across the US. Our company is launching in the U.S. and this role will be mission critical to the success of the company. This role is responsible for turning field activities & events into pipeline - aligning closely with Sales, prioritizing what drives SQLs, and delivering measurable ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years in field marketing or revenue-aligned marketing roles
- Proven experience delivering SQLs from events
- Strong exposure to US B2B tech events
- Background in AI, Customer Experience (CX), SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - experience at start-ups or early stage companies a plus
- Flexibility in working across multiple timezones as we are a global organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally with a proven ability to write effective marketing copy in a pinch.
Responsibilities
- Own the US field marketing strategy and event roadmap aligned to business priorities, target industries, and our company & product positioning
- Plan and execute high-impact owned events, partner collaborations (roundtables, webinars), exclusive executive events, and industry conferences that drive SQLs and pipeline
- Own field marketing KPIs including SQL volume, cost per SQL, event ROI, and pipeline influence
- Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, attribution, and follow-up to improve event-to-pipeline conversion
- Manage the US field marketing budget and optimize spend across events, sponsorships, travel, and production
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including vendors, logistics, on-site delivery, and run-of-show
- Develop event messaging and speaker materials that support sales conversations and qualification
- Drive event promotion and amplification across social channels (especially LinkedIn) and coordinate media moments when relevant
