Part-Time Designer (2-Week Project)

Pay Range: $30-$43 per hour
Job Description
Our client, a luxury home builder, is seeking a part-time Designer to support a short-term project over the next two weeks, with variable weekly hours depending on project needs. This role is fully remote and requires strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and expertise in layout and visual systems.
Project Overview
The primary focus of this engagement is to expand their existing Culture Guide into more comprehensive Brand Guidelines, adding new direction and clarity around:
- Photography style and usage
- Video guidelines
- Social media aesthetics and standards
- Overall brand voice, cohesion, and visual identity systems
Additional Responsibilities
- Ongoing design support with a strong emphasis on Adobe InDesign
- Occasional tasks requiring proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on updated brand standards
- Preparing polished, production-ready files as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience creating or evolving Brand Guidelines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in multi-page layout, brand systems, and visual storytelling
- Expertise in InDesign, with solid working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to work independently, manage quick turnarounds, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
