Head of Sales- NE Region

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic sales leader to drive net revenue and market share growth across all sales channels—including PDSN, Pro Dealer, and Lowe’s. This highly visible role owns regional execution of channel strategies, leads a high‑performing field sales team, and builds strong customer and partner relationships that accelerate business results.
As the Regional Sales Director, you’ll create and deploy a region‑focused sales playbook, champion sales excellence, and provide data‑driven leadership that boosts productivity and strengthens our talent pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the region to deliver sales goals and strategic objectives across all channels.
- Build and execute a region-specific field sales playbook focused on market share growth and sales rep productivity.
- Implement sales programs aligned with corporate strategy and key KPIs.
- Act as the region’s key voice of the customer, partnering cross‑functionally to identify opportunities, resolve channel conflict, and stay ahead of market changes.
- Drive sales excellence through CRM adoption, real‑time insights, coaching, and customer‑engagement initiatives.
- Grow and develop the region’s field sales organization—modeling company values, advancing talent development, and preparing future leaders.
- Track and measure performance using key metrics such as revenue and margin growth, customer satisfaction, tool adoption, and talent outcomes.
- Travel at least 50%, including regional visits and quarterly trips to Pella, IA, plus team meetings.
Leadership Responsibilities
You will directly manage regional channel leaders (PDSN, Pro Dealer, Lowe’s) and the regional inside sales team. Responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Team engagement and culture-building
- Guiding work direction and resolving issues
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including regional or multi-territory ownership
- Experience across multiple selling channels (dealer, big box, trade, etc.)
- Proven success in driving profitable growth through strategic selling
- Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of developing top talent

Role includes regular sitting, talking, and hearing; occasional standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
