TheDomes.com is launching The Domes — a new immersive entertainment platform featuring multiple dome theaters designed for branded experiences, live events, sponsorships, and cultural programming. Our first flagship venue, The Domes: San Jose, is launching in Silicon Valley, California, with additional locations planned nationally.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Assist with preparation for meetings, presentations, and events
- Handle email, calls, and document requests as needed
- Track action items and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and event logistics
- Provide limited client-facing communication when required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools
- Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
Additional Information
- This is not a junior administrative role
- The position works closely with executive leadership
- Initiative and sound judgment are essential
