Duties
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Provide customer support through email, chat, or phone, ensuring prompt and friendly responses
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and high-quality documentation
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, organization of digital files, and general clerical duties
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking
- Manage front desk responsibilities virtually by greeting clients via video calls or email correspondence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a personal assistant
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
- Previous experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management
