Hi! I’m a licensed therapist and Reiki practitioner in training, plus a writer creating original content. I’m looking for a highly efficient, action-oriented virtual assistant to help me get things done, move projects forward, and grow my practice and creative work.
Role Overview:
This part-time, remote role (5 hours/week) is for someone who thrives on getting things done. You’ll help attract and manage clients, keep administrative tasks organized, and support marketing efforts, all while keeping projects moving forward efficiently. Strong copy-editing skills are a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Reach out to potential clients and manage general inquiries
- Keep emails and calendars organized
- Support marketing and content: proofreading, formatting, organizing posts
- Find and summarize open-access research for handouts or content
- Take big projects and break them into actionable steps—help me get things done!
Who you are:
- Action-oriented and results-focused; you love seeing things actually happen
- Strong communicator; copy-editing skills are a plus
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Tech-savvy and flexible
- Excited about growth—this role will expand over time
