The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a
Healthcare Marketing Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is
fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $40/hr
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and budget
- This role supports the Specialty Partner and Client Marketing team, managing and executing omni-channel marketing and communications campaigns with a digital first mindset
- You will execute and traffic multiple campaigns across email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mail, balancing competing timelines and priorities
- You will be responsible for campaign calendars, budget management, and administrative project entry using Workfront or similar tools
- You will support B2B2C client marketing initiatives across Wellness, Cosmetic, Vision, and Hearing categories
- You will manage departmental marketing budgets, vendor relations, invoicing, forecasting, and PO submission
- You will edit and proof marketing materials with strong attention to detail, as well as create and edit executive PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (7+ years of marketing or client agency experience in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or communications experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting digital marketing platforms or marketing project management tools such as Workfront
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
- Digital marketing experience including email, paid digital, and social
