About WhyGolfWhyGolf is a fast-growing golf training brand helping golfers all around the world suck less. We design original golf aids and a mobile application that help golfers practice with purpose, build confidence, and see measurable results.
WhyGolf is growing mid double digits annually, profitable, and looking to scale our marketing operations. Our next phase is about producing more scroll-stopping Meta ads, improving retention & fostering deeper community engagement.
The Role:WhyGolf is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing to own revenue-driving paid media across Meta and other performance channels, with creative as the primary lever for scale.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has scaled DTC performance marketing and understands that growth comes from the intersection of creative, media buying, and data—not from siloed execution.

You will work closely with the founder, Director of Marketing, creative strategists, editors, and external partners to ensure WhyGolf consistently has high-performing ads in market and a clear roadmap for growth.
