About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the CTO, this executive will shape our sales strategy, cultivate a high-performance sales culture, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies and processes tailored for the construction SaaS market.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture that emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives and product roadmap.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and onboarding new clients to closing deals—ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Forecast sales performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to executive leadership.
- Support organizational growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing top-tier sales talent.
- Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to drive product adoption and innovate sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales leadership, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-performing, remote sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
