Job Description For Virtual Assistant/Service Writer/ Customer Service/Marketing Team Member
General Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant/ Service Writer, Marketing Team Member that has prior experience in the Auto Repair Industry at a Independent Auto Repair Shop as either a Virtual Assistant, Service Writer, to help us grow our 3rd Successful family-owned Auto Repair Shop…The Car Doctor Shop!
Since we have already done this twice, it is now our goal to create our LEGACY Shop, and it is our Number #1 goal to lead the way and raise the level of Trust & Respect In Auto Repair by properly diagnosing our customers vehicles one at a time.
Oh ya, and HAVE FUN at the same time because life is WAY TO SHORT to be doing something that you do not have fun doing!
Primary Team Member duties, tasks, responsibilities
Kristi and I believe in giving our team members the BEST tools, support, and resources available to you and also don’t worry if you need more training to perform the tasks below.
We value a GREAT ATTITUDE and wiliness to learn, be coachable, and take feedback for improvement as a way to improve your skills, and not as a negative, as well as performing the tasks in the manner in which we prefer the tasks to be performed.
NOTE: In order to do this Team Member Position and be successful at it, you will need to be a FAST Learner, SELF motivated, can learn systems on your own quickly like Microsoft Teams, Mitchell On Demand, Bolt On Technology, Marketing, Video Creation, and any other tasks needed to ensure the Success of our Small Family Owned Business.
With that said, You will be using state of the art systems to help you do your tasks because we truly believe that if you want the BEST performance from your team members, you must respect their needs and give them the tools needed to get the job done!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Help answering the phones and put customers at EASE when they are already on edge when it comes to Auto Repair!
Working up estimates, informing customers of repairs needed, selling needed repairs, over coming objections and or issues when complications arise during the repair process, ordering parts and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs on a daily/weekly basis.
Performing follow up calls after the vehicles are repaired to ensure the vehicle is fixed properly to include sending in weekly QC sheets filled out with the customer’s feedback, dates, ect.
Sending out personalized Thank You Cards to our customers, vendors, Ally shops letting them know we appreciate their support and referrals, ect on a weekly basis.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Help create informative videos, blog articles, e-mails, facebook posts, and other advertising campaigns that will educate customers and ATTRACT high-quality customers who value Trust & Respect and are willing to pay Top Dollar and understand you absolutely cannot rush diagnostics/testing/brain surgery!
-Create, implement, and manage fun informational videos and post them on our Youtube page, facebook page, and other media forms.
-Create, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns with PERSONAL real messages using our state of the art marketing systems to drive more A Level Customers to the shop.
-Collect, measure and analyze marketing data so we are not just WASTING money on advertising that simply does not work!
-Create and manage high quality content to be used in blog articles, on our website, video descriptions, help wanted ads, and other marketing areas.
-Create automated email campaigns with PERSONAL messages to be sent out to our AWESOME customers with Constant Contact, and our Mitchell program.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTAKE:
Provide customers with a High Level of Customer Service and when the customer is leaving the shop ask for testimonials and referrals.
DATA ENTRY, BOOKKEEPING, ACCOUNTING
Kristi already has a FULL-TIME job with being a High School Math teacher so she needs YOUR help in managing the books!
MISC DUTIES:
Help created products to have multiple income streams from merchandize, products, training programs, ect.
-Contribute to team effort by taking on other misc tasks to help us reach our goals of production and income to keep TCDS open and increase profit.
Provide detailed reports on projects you are working on and hours involved. Then turning these tracking sheets/documents in on a weekly basis.
Education & Qualifications:
Formal Academics means very little to me.
I do not care about degrees, but I do respect anyone who has been to a university and survived.
I’m more interested in someone who can get the job done in “The Real World” when the pressure is on, and there is no book or instructor there to walk you through it.
If would be cool if you had experience in the areas listed below.
But then again, a GREAT personality and willingness to learn and be coachable and perform the tasks in the manner that we prefer is just as important.
-Experience in customer service and able to gain customers trust quickly with excellent communication
-Experience building websites
-Experience building automated email campaigns
-Experience in content and copywriting
-Experience measuring and analyzing data from marketing campaigns
-Advanced-to-expert level understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and LinkedIn
-Capable of developing highly-effective, targeted marketing copy
-Possesses excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for storytelling
-Experience in making videos
-Self-starter with previous proven results in a similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
