Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Administrative Assistant to support our administrative operations and client services. This position is primarily weekend-based and is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work with the opportunity to expand into additional weekday hours as the role grows and business needs evolve.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative, client-facing, and operational tasks while working independently.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including but not limited to:
- Drafting initial client correspondence
- Maintaining and updating client information and contact lists
- Scheduling and coordinating client appointments
- Answering, directing, and assisting with client calls and messages
- Creating and managing new client accounts
- Preparing preliminary recommendations and invoices (subject to review)
- Preparing lab referral requests and supplement schedules (subject to review)
- Assisting with inventory ordering and organization
- Organizing emails and electronic documents
- Creating and managing account relationships with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies
- Creating and integrating social media and marketing content
- Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Schedule & Growth Opportunity
- Primary schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Growth opportunity: Additional weekday hours may become available based on performance, availability, and business needs
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently during weekend hours
- Proficient with computers, email, and standard office software
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or invoicing systems
- Social media or marketing support experience
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or professional services
