Your Impact:
Pearce is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Generator Parts Technician to join our team. This role involves sourcing parts from various vendors for open repair jobs, primarily focusing on generators and transfer switches. The ideal candidate will work independently and provide essential administrative and clerical support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, primarily around parts procurement
- Operate a computer or similar devices to access required systems and equipment
- Work independently with minimal or no supervision
- Sourcing parts from a variety of vendors to fill orders for open jobs needing repairs
- Identify necessary parts and communicate efficiently with vendors to ensure the correct parts are obtained
- Update jobs in INSITE, create expenses, and upload invoices
- Collaborate with the generator parts team and participate in training sessions as needed
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience:
- 1+ years of administrative support working experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies and software programs
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
