- Inform customers about the repair process, insurance claim procedures, payment protocols, repair techniques, and anticipated delivery dates for repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry is required.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
