The Office of Constituent Services is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting constituents across the Commonwealth by ensuring their concerns, questions, and requests are directed to the appropriate resources within state government.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for constituent inquiries. Review requests submitted to Constituent Services and refer them to the appropriate Cabinet or external organization. Provide guidance, information, and resources as needed. Use the Indigov database to track cases, make referrals, and prepare timely responses.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from constituents. Determine the appropriate resource, process, or agency for each inquiry and provide clear instructions on how to submit a formal request for review.
- Monitor patterns in constituent phone calls and correspondence to identify emerging issues or areas of concern.
- Serve as a point of contact for constituents who visit the office in person, ensuring they receive professional, courteous, and accurate assistance.
- Provide additional administrative or program support as needed to ensure efficient operations within the office.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
- Experience working in a customer-service or public-facing role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and navigate databases or case-management systems (experience with Indigov is a plus)
