The MSI Team is growing! We are looking for a driven self-starter to be the face of the company and voice of the customer. This person will support our existing Medinbox customer sites while looking to develop new relationships and opportunities for growth. This opportunity could be perfect for someone with CV Rad Tech or other Imaging tech experience, as well candidates with biomed or medical device industry backgrounds.
Duties:
Externally:
o Develop the North American Customer Success program
o Launch new Medinbox sites / Maintain existing sites
· Ongoing training for new and existing users
· Monitor utilization
· Solicit customer feedback
· Share best practice and new use case examples with greater team
· Relay technical or other support issues to team
Internally
o Collaborate with sales on renewals / expansions
· Lead generation and handoff to sales (MD and Industry)
o Champion the voice of the customer feedback loop with rest of team

Requirements:
· Experience working with hospitals and clinicians – ideally in interventional cardiology or other invasive procedural spaces
· Technical proficiency with both hardware and software products
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Skilled at managing multiple projects and working across multiple functions
