Role Overview
The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator will provide essential administrative, operational, and
marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities across the U.S. team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting cross-functional teams. The Administrator will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Israel-based leadership to support ongoing initiatives, manage logistics, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
General Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. operational matters.
- Support Sales and Marketing logistics, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Assist with internal coordination between U.S. teams and Israel-based management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation as needed.
- Marketing Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination.
- Support CRM data maintenance and ensure data hygiene across marketing and sales systems.
- Help manage marketing automation workflows and support digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, collateral, and branded assets.
- Conference & Event Logistics
- Coordinate vendor relations and oversee event setup in collaboration with agency partners.
- Support logistics for internal and external events, conferences, trade shows, and field activities.
- Assist with shipment coordination, booth setup preparation, and event deliverables.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administration, marketing, operations and/or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and work with multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, professionalism and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting event or conference logistics — an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
