Position Summary
The Senior Designer has an impeccable eye for how great work is supposed to look and knows how to make it more beautiful. This is a hands-on position, the person will be responsible for creating state-of-the-art visuals for major brands for both of our offices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Concept, design and craft impactful Look & Feels, key visuals, campaign designs for clients and new business pitches
- Create and implement meaningful brand identities and design systems
- Create mood boards and identifying trends and styles for several mediums in order to kick-off projects
- Craft the story of the presentation and oversee the design of the deck
- Know your client(s) brands inside and out, making them feel secure in their partnership with the agency
- Work on multiple clients and projects in a fast paced and agile-agency environment

- Self-driven, proactive, and good at identifying next steps
- Inspire and create an equal and harmonious work environment for fellow designers
- Identify opportunities beyond the briefs to add value and ideas, and spearhead surprising work that moves their business
- Take an active role outside of the creative department to ensure staff is set up for success
- When someone exhibits excellence of craft, identify and make a point of sharing with others
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Figma
- 8+ years Graphic or Visual Designer to include expertise with a background in product/technical and graphic design
- Deep knowledge of a variety of interactive media including web, online/offline, mobile and motion design
- Exceptional portfolio of work across platforms and industries is required
