This CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant that is well-rounded and eager to learn across various industries. He owns multiple businesses ranging from therapy offices to property management offices. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly and handle a variety of tasks in order to remove as much as possible from the CEO's plate.
This position is fully remote. The ideal candidate should be located near Rockland County, NY or North East NJ and is expected to work 40 hours. Occasional availability for 1-2 hours on a Sunday is preferred in case a quick matter may need to be taken care of or to respond to emails, etc.
The salary range is $75K-$85K.
Role Description
The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks and provide comprehensive executive support. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, emails, coordinating meetings, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of administrative duties. The successful candidate will uphold professional communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly adaptable and reliable. Thinking multiple steps ahead and able to see the bigger picture.
Not afraid of tackling new challenges and learning in the process.
Qualifications
- Experience with Social Media posting
- Circle/Slack
- Extremely tech-savvy
- Ability to work with AI in order to accelerate task completion
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
