We’re looking for reliable, experienced mobile diesel technicians who are ready to hit the ground running. If you have your own service truck and tools, and you’re confident working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers in the field, we want you on our team.
This role is fast-paced and hands-on. You’ll be dispatched to breakdowns such as tires, jump starts, diagnostics, lockouts, air lines, brakes, and more. The faster you can arrive onsite, the better — our customers depend on quick, quality service.
We use a tier system to reward technicians based on service quality, timeliness, communication, and overall efficiency. Top-performing techs get priority for calls.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to on-call breakdowns for heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Diagnose and repair common roadside issues (tires, electrical, air systems, brakes, lockouts, etc.)
- Use your own truck, tools, and equipment to complete repairs
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Provide fast, dependable service with a professional attitude
- Document work performed and parts used
- Maintain safety at all times
What We’re Looking For
- You must have your own equipped service truck and tools
- Proven experience working with diesel equipment or heavy-duty trucks/trailers
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and work independently
- Strong knowledge of roadside repairs, including:
- Tires
- Jump starts
- Computer diagnostics
- Air lines & brakes
- Lockouts
- Electrical issues
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Ready to be dispatched and respond quickly

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
