We're looking for candidates residing and working in CO, DC, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Please note that we can only consider applicants who live and work in the listed states. We also welcome military spouses outside these states as long as they are legal residents of one of the hiring states (as qualified by the MSRRA).
About the Job: PT 20 hours/week
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Support (60%):
- Support the sales team by performing administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, emailing prospects, and managing the CRM system.
- Organize logistics for conferences and other events, including booth setup, marketing materials, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Track and provide updates on sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and overall sales performance.
- Help create sales presentations and marketing material specifically designed for churches and ministries.
Executive Assistant (40%):
- Assist the CEO in preparing board reports, investor updates, and staff communications.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize events such as staff gatherings, conferences, and webinars, and manage event logistics.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus. An associate's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, marketing, or similar roles.
- A passion for serving faith-based organizations and an understanding of church operations are preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Must be self-motivated to complete tasks on time.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Auxilio has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and the market data for the position. The actual salary for this role may vary depending on the location. The hourly rate for this position is $18 to $25 per hour.
