As a Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing essential, on-site services to customers experiencing vehicle trouble. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly and safely to dispatched calls for vehicle assistance.
- Perform basic roadside services, including:
- Tire changes (flat tire replacement).
- Jump starts (battery boosting).
- Fuel delivery (gas and diesel).
- Lockout services (using professional tools).
- May diagnose minor mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions or advice.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and parts used.
- Ensure the safety of the customer and yourself at the scene.
- Provide a professional, courteous, and reassuring customer experience every time.
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (essential for insurance purposes).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a roadside assistance role, basic auto repair, or related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (rotation required).
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
